Wood Floor Substance Designer .sbs .sbsar

Here is the source file for Wood Floor Substance which I showed in the Youtube tutorial video for Substance Designer. 

I have also included .sbsar file to be used in Substance Painter and other apps.

IMPORTANT: The proper way to publish substances is to set the Output Size to "relative to parent" instead of absolute. I follow this standard in my substance.
